LGS Integrated Financial Services is operated by a group of professionals whose experience in the field of Credit Control and Debt Collection Management spans over fifteen years. Our clientele ranges from sole traders to multi-national companies.

Under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002, if it is a commercial debt we request the debtor to pay statutory interest and debt collection costs. Depending on the age of the debt this could mean that not only would our services be Free of Charge* but some additional compensation interest would be collected for you against the debt. We request debtors to make all payments payable to LGS Integrated Financial Services which are then forwarded to you on receipt, primarily all our debt collection charges are based on No Collection - No Fee basis.

As a result, LGS currently have a 90% success rate with collections. LGS utilise a dedicated solicitor’s establishment for its clients. If there is a regular flow of operational business LGS can more often than not persuade solicitor’s to limit their fees. Although in all cases they will attempt to have the debtor settle the debt in full plus costs.
